For this steam activity with Whaea Tamzin we had to research about frogs and why they are going extinct and this is what i created with my friends

Why I think sports is better than music

 

People have different opinions on sports but I think sports is better than music and here are my reasons why. 

 Reason 1, sports is not just fun it is also good for your health it is also a proven fact that exercise/ doing sport can help your heart and improve your circulation, Poor blood flow affects energy levels and can cause fatigue. Also, the heart must pump harder when circulation is poor, which can lead to further fatigue. 

 Reason 2 mood boost, because when you are running around or playing a sport you like, you will be happier because you are doing what you enjoy. Physical activity stimulates production of endorphins. These are natural mood lifters that can help keep stress and depression. 

 Reason 3 better sleep, exercise and sport in general triggers chemicals in the brain that can make you feel more happy and relaxed also when you do aerobic exercise causes the body to release endorphins, These chemicals can create a level of activity in the brain that keeps some people awake. These individuals should exercise at least 1-2 hours before going to bed, giving the endorphin levels to wash out. Now these are my reason on why i believe sports is better than music.

Why we need a canteen

Dear principal,

I am writing to you to ask you to please give us a canteen and here are my reasons.

Reason 1 if you do not have enough food. I think we need a canteen because some kids may not have a lot of food at home and then they will not have enough energy to last the whole day but if we have a canteen they can feel less hungry and be more present.

Reason 2 to help you get healthier. The reason why i believe we should have a canteen is because it can help people get healthy/balanced diet. There could be some "unhealthy" food but you can make rules like 2 fruit and veg.

Reason 3 good money. You can make quite good money from the food depending on how much you price it and how popular it is.

The Acrolin

This is the acrolin i know i know it is not that pretty but this is just a male acrolin and today i am going to tell you things about the acrolin. It is a mix of a pangolin and a acrobat it has immaculate speed and can tie you up with it's special ribbon and the ribbon can suffocate you within seconds and it has a rock hard shell. It can stand up straight on two feet and cartwheel away if startled. If it is trying to startle something it is going or jump up and kick you in the face or if it is a nice acrolin it will crawl up next to you.

Dumbo octopus

 Hi today I am going to explain the lifestyle of a dumbo octopus there habitat is in the deep open ocean down to the depths of at least 13,100 feet and perhaps much deeper. They eat pelagic invertebrates that swim above the sea floor. Their predators are diving fishes and marine animals, including tunas, sharks and dolphins. Now here are some fun facts about dumbo octopuses, they do not produce ink, they can grow over 5 feet long and they can change color.

the running race

Here i was finnaly in the olimpics my heart was racing i was excited and alos scared of losing and then i heard them say "on your marks" "set" and then bang!! the race started and i was running for my life i could hear the crowd cheering i started to lose my breath but i couldn't let them down so i tried my best trying not to look back and my face was dripping with sweat i could taste the saltiness then i saw the finish line i thought "this is it this is waht i have been training for my whole life my dream is finnaly coming to life" then boom i got the finish line my team mates ran to me and gave me the biggest hug finally i wont 1st place i was over joyed with excitment the crowd was screaming i won for my country and that was the best feeling ever.
